The location was amazing and the hotel was clean neat and nice to stay at but my favorite was the staff they made me feel at home rather than in a hotel
I stayed alone but the staff made me smile and were the kindest souls will come back just for them
The location of this hotel in great . Few steps to Oxford street and to Hyde Park also near to bus stations and metro stations. A lot of good shops and restaurants in this area
Location was excellent. Easy access to everywhere. Room was decent. Bed was good.
Very accessible to the high street and also proximity to an underground station. Very clean and all the staff were extremely helpful especially the Concierge Seyed. He was very helpful to me throughout and especially on day of checkout.
Breakfast was delicious and the hotel location is strategic.
