I needed disabled access and the location was good right near the Imperial Wharf station, so only a 2 min walk and there was lift access at the station. The hotel also had good accessibility with lifts and a walk in spacious, shower. The staff were professional and friendly at reception, the rooms were very clean and tidy and housekeeping was excellent. We stayed as a family of 3 in one room for a sight seeing trip. There was a double bed and single bed and we were very comfortable. My daughter was happy with the large TV in the room. The black-out curtains were excellent and the air con was good - it was a hot weekend.

Loved it! Will definitely recommend and return! Staff there so wonderful and welcoming. One named Sai met her at breakfast and she was so helpful and kind. Loved my stay! Thanks so much. My kids are also asking to return.

Wish the room a bit bigger, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I really did appreciate that I received an early check in. We arrived in London at 7 am after flying all night. We were exhausted, and the front desk woman upgraded us and allowed us to get in our room for some much needed rest.
