Clean, complete facilities (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, tv)
Location and room was great and specious! Private parking just in front of building. Keys were easy to collect.
Location was good. Property was spacious and other than the stains on the carpet in the bedroom was generally clean.
The flat was small, but served its purpose for our family of 3. It was a good location for us, near Windsor and Slough, to see family and friends. The kitchen was very handy having a kid with us that is constantly wanting snacks, toast, juice, etc. :)
We were arriving on a very early morning international flight, so had booked for the night before in order to avoid having to wait until 3 or 4 in the afternoon to get in. The host was very responsive when I hadn't received the access information and quickly provided everything so that we were able to get in as soon as we got there.
Your on call Property Manager was wonderful. I booked thru Booking.com and they never sent the payment to the property management group. 5 family members including 2 children waiting in the cold after just getting off a plane.
