The staff were fabulous from the moment we walked in ....we arrived early and they gave us a room immediately ....the staff were happy friendly and efficient particularly Ken on reception and the lovely waitress serving in the evening .... Great stay thank you x

Used it as a stop over for a flight the next day to Heathrow. Perfect location for what I needed and spent the evening in Windsor. Also used the Cavery there which was very nice.
Very nice room and bathroom. The bed was a little hard.
Everything went smoothly with our stay. We felt looked after. We have booked again 6th June so nice.
