Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and great breakfast.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Fast check-in. Well appointed, newly refurbished room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, both in size and quality of produce.
The manager went out of his way to help us. We arrived late and missed supper but were allowed to eat our sandwiches in the bar with a glass of wine. The next day we had to leave early for an appointment and were able to eat a quick early lunch.
The hotel was a charming old building. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean, towels provided. The town of Biggar is delightful with alleys running between the buildings up the hill. All staff very friendly and helpful and. We wish we had an excuse to come back.
The welcome was amazing and the whole time we were there the staff were lovely, so helpful, friendly and chatty.
We loved it.
The room was spotless and we slept like logs... Best sleep for days...a great little stop off.
