Perfect in every way. Definitely returning with the pooch
The barn was really cosy! Everything we needed was provided, kitchenware, towels, super comfy bed! etc. Wonderful place to stay for a short getaway to the Lake District.
Lovely place in a peaceful setting. Didn't see any staff, I imagine, because we were in the self-catering barn, in which you are expected to strip your own bedding.
Great facilities, but not as dog friendly as we'd thought, dogs are expected to stay in the entrance area only.

Right on Cumbria way so can set on hiking from your door.
We had a lovely stay here! The waterfall nearby is beautiful and the surrounds are to die for! The honesty cafe was really cute too! The only thing we had an issue with was no oven and the pictures made us expect an oven which was a bit disappointing. A bath would have been wonderful but the heating was perfect and made the barn super snuggly. Our hosts were brilliant and even helped us find a missing earring
