Right on the seafront overlooking East Beach, it has a wonderful location and at the end of August, the road was not too noisy - the double glazing was pretty effective. Room had everything I needed for visit to family. Friendly staff. The meal we had in the restaurant was superb. Room was serviced whilst I was out every day - did not actually see the staff concerned as so discreet! WIFI worked fine for me. Great for people and wildlife watching.

The location was right at the mouth of the river Lossie.

The room had a beautiful sea view. It was bright cosy and tidy. It had a great night's sleep. It was very good value.
