The actual flat was very nice! Well equipped and exceedingly comfortable. We would stay again. You need to overlook the outside and hallway which need some care. We would definitely come again!

The property was a decent size for small family vacation and loved that it was right next to a children’s playground and short walk to the river.

We came to visit family who live just outside Oxford We actually stayed in Flat 3 The flat was really clean and the beds were comfortable Loved the kitchen (which looked quite new) it had everything you would need with really good appliances The only thing I couldn't find was a bread board! I loved all the mirrors as well!! The shower was great but the sink didn't hold water We could hear the people upstairs, but we were expecting that, as it was mentioned in other reviews, it wasn't really a problem for us tho It is a good 15-20 min walk into town which was fine for us as the weather was great We did get a taxi back tho at the end of the day which cost about £6 The flat did meet our expectations and it is somewhere we would stay again
