Every member of staff we met was so friendly & helpful. You really got the feeling that nothing would be too much trouble. Really great customer service!
The room was lovely. It wasn't very big, but the bed was really comfortable and the decor felt high end.
I loved how clean it was. Everything looked clean and smelled clean. The room was amazing, it was so nicely decorated, smelled nice, had a great romantic vibe, super cozy and the bed super comfortable. We will definitely come back, looking forward to that.

Location ideal, right on the high street but set back enough that you aren't too bothered by the passing traffic. Staff were welcoming and friendly, glass of fizz on arrival was a lovely touch. Great value, didn't try the food but the selection looked good. Drinks were great value and nice cocktails. Really good value rooms. Very clean and well kept
