Accomodation was very good, warm and had separate living room and bedroom.
Bed was very comfortable.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Dinner and breakfast fare and service very good.
The staff were excellent. The room was clean and tidy. The food was consistently good. Much Wenlock is a good base for visiting Ironbridge and NT properties.
On arrival parking was easy after a 6 hour drive this was very welcoming! Reception staff helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. I ate in the hotel in the evening for convenience and the food was tasty and the restaurant was busy. The open fireplace made the room cosy. Breakfast was great and cooked to order and friendly staff 😊
I stayed on a very busy Saturday night and I must say the Management and staff were working exceptionally well considering the influx of people.
They dealt with everything very well, being under great pressure. It a so busy ----
Everyone was so friendly and accommodating despite being clearly overwhelmed... Great team spirit....
Rooms comfortable, bed especially...quiet, cool.

Food great
I had a delightful stay, the room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Breakfasts were lovely, the hotel is centrally situated with a good car park. Staff were very friendly and the evening meals I had there were delicious!
