Disappointed that there is no longer a cooked breakfast option at 730am
Good room , very comfortable. bathroom was not so good. Loud loud fan, moldy shower. Great people! Fun to stay at a pub!

Ideal location, room was nice and warm on such a cold day. Was nice to stay right an excellent pub. Pub was fantastic, great choice of beers. Will definitely stay here again if I am seeing anything at the Chichester Festival Theatre.
