The staff were phenomenal - attentive and helpful, especially with our delayed baggage. The space was beautiful and so centrally located. We would love to stay again!

Perfect location in knightsbridge near the harrods and other attractions. Safe area. Clean and new amenities. Very warm welcoming by lovely Sarena, and she helped is carrying the luggages. We loved the little kitchen with the shortbread and coffee and kitchen wear. Bob was very helpful and caring about the comfort of his customers. We requested for a late checkout and he kindly agreed without asking for any extra fees which was very generous of him.

The flat is very cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect few meters away from harrods. The staff and whatsapp customer service are very helpful.. you get 1 free cleaning services.

The view & most importantly the location. Welcoming and a lovely service. Adding to that, the attention to small details is what i loved the most about this place!!
