The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every room. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was great . We loved everything about this property!!
It was the touches of hospitality that wowed us. The extra bed was made for our 3 year old daughter and they left a children's book for bed time stories. In the bath room next to our bath robes was a smaller bath robe and slippers just her size. She felt very special wearing this.
The restaurant and the chef were accommodating and my meal was outstanding.
LOCATION - INCREDIBLE
ROOM - GENEROUS, ALTHOUGH NOT IN MAIN HOTEL, ACROSS THE COURTYARD... BUT A LARGER ROOM SO...
It’s our 5th time in London and the 2nd time at this hotel. This time our son joined us for a soccer game. The hotel is perfectly located, highly designed, very nice and large rooms, but on top of all is the service. The team is very attentive, high level of hospitality, very professional concierge team, and can’t finish this review without mentioning the exceptional service from Ayman, who was one of the breakfast staff. From the very first day, he welcomed us with a warm smile, and we were shocked he remembered us from our last visit (2 years ago!). In the following days, he remembered our preferences, anticipating our needs before we even asked. His personal touch, kindness, and professionalism made every breakfast a real pleasure.
Ayman truly adds to the welcoming atmosphere and high standards of the hotel. Thank you, Ayman – you made a difference!
