Location was great, close to town but still quiet. Rooms were comfortable and reasonably equipped.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had quite a large suitcase as I’m part of a wedding and the team upgraded my room to the first floor so that I didn’t have to carry it up the stairs.

The location was fantastic! It was easy to walk to all the attractions in bath, and not far from the train or bus station. It was a very safe area to have a stroll in the evenings as well. The lobby and rooms were nicely renovated and comfortable; modern chic. Rajeev was a wonderful help, very knowledgeable and friendly; he gave great recommendations too!
