I have stayed here a few times now. It's a great location, breakfast is really solid, and the bar area downstairs is great to hang out with friends or even do a bit of work with a pint.
Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, with hot breakfast included. We opted to park our rental car on the surrounding streets and found it easy to find safe street parking.
The accessible room was extremely accommodating. The roll in shower had two pull down grab bars and a seat. 2 different height sinks. There was an emergency pull cord at the bed. Lots of turning space in the room for a mobility device. We booked two standard rooms too for family and those were nice as well. Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient for exploring Derry.
Michael at check-in provided the best customer service received during our travels around Ireland. He went well beyond the normal standard for assisting and informing. Room was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was appreciated.
Location very central. Breakfast variety very good. Staff very helpful with dietary requirements.
