I always stay here when flying out of Heathrow. It's conveniently located for the airport and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast is quite good, with a large selection food to choose from and the bed was comfortable.

The staff were ok. They weren’t overly friendly, but they answered questions.
This hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! It had a standard British breakfast as well as a continental American style breakfast. None of it was over the top delicious but we're comparing that to a week in the UK which has been remarkable. They have a workout facility which was delightful to use for our international flight home. And the staff was outstanding!
The room was larger than we expected with a very spacious shower. The soaps and shampoo were really nice, and the breakfast was very impressive with numerous hot options including meats and eggs. The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the wait staff to the security guards. We felt very welcomed. 10/10
