Excellent value hotel and convenient for motorway m1

The staff was very helpful and helped me coz im fully deaf. I've stayed here now 4 times in the last few years. The hotel was very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff were super friendly, they upgraded our room without request and were quick and courteous in each interaction. The gym across the street that is included had great amenities and the restaurant in the hotel was very nice - I recommend the beer and brie tart and sticky toffee pudding! The only thing I would recommend to improve is the mattress, ours was a little bit springy
