The location is perfect. We did not need to take any public transportation and we visited every touristic landmark. The staff at breakfast were very helpful starting with Nejla, Anu and Raquele. Internet was good. Housekeeping was very good. We were simply satisfied.

Location, location, location. That's the best feature of this place. However, the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods. The quality of sleep was great, and even though the hotel is located in central London, no noise disturbed the room. Russell Square tube station is nearby, as well as a mall with bookstores, several restaurants, and a supermarket. King's Cross Station and St. Pancras are also quite close. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, just near St Pancras station (we walked for just about 15mins to and from) and there's a tube just beside (Russell Square) the area is generally calm and near the British Museum. We had an executive room in which we have enough space for 3 adults and an infant. The room is clean (and being cleaned everyday). Probably my only gripe here is the water pressure for both the shower and the toilette. What made my stay here more special is how i was treated by Ramone who works at the bar, went down to ask for some ice and beer, we had a delightful conversation and he was really nice and was kind enough to treat me a pint of beer when he learned that it was my birthday. Really, people like him makes stays like this memorable. Will stay here again on our next trip in London.

good location 3 minutes walk to Russell Square tube station and Brunswick Shopping Centre.

A very comfortable stay. Nice room but London prices are just so expensive. Breakfast was standard hotel cuisine. Provides a nice comfortable place to stay for a central London visit. Had a work conference there the day before, so very convenient for an extra day's stay in the city. Staff were all very polite and helpful.
