Very nice hotel if you are visiting Manchester and could avoid the city centre (it is a bit far but well connected by tram). The rooms are big, it is not the newest facilities but they are in very good conditions. Breakfast was very good.

We had an issue over a misunderstanding concerning breakfast (something and nothing) which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Plenty of choice at breakfast to suit all needs whether it be a full English to set you up for the day of just something light
The breakfast was very good value, especially as we booked it the night before, so got the discounted rate.
The location was perfect as our attraction was very close.
