A great central location & very efficient staff. Excellent quality rooms, we booked a King Superior & it was superb, spacious with excellent black out curtains.
The staff was amazing, location great, and a really pretty historic building. Historic fact it's where Rolls-Royce was formed.
The hospitality was amazing. I loved the lobby bar in the evening and the fresh water dispensers set out every morning. The ambiance. The vibe. The other guest I met. Incredible experience and great location to walk every where - even to the tram and metro. Would highly recommend.
I liked the history, and architecture. This is an iconic hotel. It was very luxurious. Central location.
