Staff in everywhere is exceptional and the breakfast is really in good quality, service is gorgeous; overall management is great.
From the moment we entered the hotel we felt the generous hospitality all around us. Everyone was kind and forthcoming, especially in our case, Von from reception and Luca the concierge. The room was perfect! Amenities, wonderful bathtub and shower, comfortable bed with and good smell all around.
The location, needless to say, was central, and right across from fine shopping, good restaurants and theatres.
We shall certainly return to Cafe Royal!

Everything was perfect! Location, room,staff and hospitality.
One of the best hotels I have stayed at so attentive to detail before I even arrive. They had emailed me several times to make sure that they covered everything. I needed prior to my arrival even though I was booking on a third-party site they were still very attentive to all of our needs.
Breakfast was very good and the location is perfect
