The hotel is very well located in the center of RTW.
Staff were very accommodating and helpful.
A beautiful hotel with so much history in a perfect location to explore Royal Tunbridge Wells. The hotel has been decorated to a high standard. It is very classy. I also loved how it overlooks the lovely Calverley Gardens which you can also walk through to get into town.
A very nice, comfortable and historic hotel.....we very much enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. We had a driver so did not go out in the evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet at night which we appreciated.
Very beautiful and historic, lovely small town setting. We enjoyed hanging out in the pub room.
Position was good friendly reception but the bed was very hard not comfortable at all and the breakfast very expensive
