The staff were so accommodating and personable. The room was great. Just the right size for an out and about traveler. Also they were great sources for local information and a friendly chat. Rooms were clean. The decor was so cool and each employee was kind and great at their jobs. We took pictures with some special staff before we left. That's how great it was.

A lovely boutique hotel with a great design, we really liked the design.
The staff is pleasant and welcoming. They always responded with a smile and kindness to any question or request, and helped as best they could.
The rooms are also pleasantly decorated and very clean, but they are very small.
The location is excellent (relative to the neighborhood which is not exactly in the center) and the nearest subway station is a 5-6 minute walk.
Our 'Petite' room was comfortable, very clean and had air conditioning. The bathroom was truly tiny but had a good shower with beautiful toiletries and towels. Location was great, very close to the tube and good shops/restaurants.
