Great place, after a long day during a business trip, I could actually relax. Absolutely recommend this place!
Staff were excellent. Welcoming, helpful and happy to go the extra mile (eg providing breakfast to go when I was short of time).
Decor and style was a good blend of modern and cozy.
Room was quite small but absolutely normal for central London. Able to take a work zoom call on the WiFi.
Short walk from Paddington, just enough to be out of the noise but very close.
very well designed room with ample storage, common spaces were also comfortable. Well prepared vegan breakfast with several choices. Located just blocks from Paddington station which made getting to Heathrow simple.
It was clean, compact and the staffs were very friendly.
I had a nice room, though small. It was also very cold in the room until the heater was on for a few hours. Location was perfect for me and the breakfast was amazing.
