Amazing stuff during normal days and during emergency they provide the support
Early and prompt check-in, Location of the hotel, Room service and food quality.
- As per my request, I got a room that was far from the elevators with a nice view of Hyde Park.
- Nice amenities in the room.
- Staff are very kind.
- Luggage storage after check-out.
- Was able to check in early as my room was available already.
