Great room size and facility. Seems renovated quite soon and was one of the best value for money places I've been to.
Has toiletry in the shower as in a renouned hotel. Although it was a busy street room with closed windows it was really quiet. Provided fan for warm days, could have been better for cooling the whole room but we hit a hot wave of weather anyway.
There's a gym downstairs you can use. Although small it's great to hit a quick workout.
Excellent location - Earl's Court Underground and the coach station are 5 minutes away. Enough shops and a few pubs in the neat and rather quiet neighborhood. Quick and easy automated system for entering and check in (no need for cards, keys etc.), helpful and responsive staff via WhatsApp.
Location is good , room are clean and have sufficient items for daily usage , bathrooms are clean, comfortable stay , the staff was nice and chat customer service was extremly helpful
The property is a good place to stay in, it is accesible to both shops and tube.
The facilities were in good condition.
Customer service is very helpful, I left some of my stuff and I got it back after a while, The 24/7 Service was helpful that they replied as in 2 minutes.
Overrall, I would recconmend to go.
The clean and well equipped room close to the underground. It was modern and cozy.
The only problem was the window. It wasn't much soundproof and we could hear the cars passing by during the night. Moreover curtains would be a great update for the room.
