Friendly staff, good location. Clean, good breakfast!
The location is great when arriving by train from Heathrow Airport. The neighborhood is very comfortable with to access restaurants and the train or subway. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The authentic charm, the delicious hot breakfast and the incredible staff, particularly Keven front desk, and Hanah in the breakfast room.
This hotel exceeded all expectations, fantastic location near Paddington Station, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly kind, empathetic, and went out of their way to make my parents feel comfortable. Impeccably clean, spacious rooms, and outstanding service made our stay truly special. Highly recommend for families and travelers alike! Will definitely return.
