нам достался большой, чистый, современный, удобный номер со свежим ремонтом. кровать удобная, душевая чистая. персонал выше всяких похвал, очень дружелюбный и готовый помочь в любой ситуации.
Very clean, excellent location, we had the junior suite and the room size was comfortable for a family of four with two young children
The property is in a lovely building, conveniently located fir Hyde Park/ Kensington Gardens, 2 underground stations and lots of eateries.
Our room was very clean. The shower was great.
The staff there are really professional, friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
We had a small room but it was plenty big enough for a one or two night stay.
Junior suite was spacious and comfortable, location was very convenient and close of tube stations, some of the staff were very friendly
The location, decor, room size, and staff were amazing. We attended with a 2 year old girl, and they did everything to make her more comfortable. A cot was provided. They gave her treats and toys to play with, and they even aloud her "behind the scenes" simply to keep her happy while we checked in and out
