The inside of the accommodation was lovely, clean and well laid out. Instructions for bins, heating and parking were easy to understand. The property was very well positioned for exploring Ambleside.

The property was very welcoming and homely. Had everything we needed, lovely flat in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

Bed was comfy, kitchen was well equipped, powerful shower and parking permit was a major benefit. Heating was easy to control. Fantastic location, quiet even though it was in the centre of Ambleside.

The only issue was hot water in the property, it would only be hot for a matter of seconds then be Luke warm at best, it made for unpleasant showers, Tap's and shower had the same problem and it seemed to get worse day by day, I did message the property about this via booking.com but received no response. Apart from this issue the property is perfect for us, we have stayed there before and wouldn't let this stop us staying there in the future

Lovely apartment, had all we needed for our stay. Great location in the centre of Ambleside, not far from the carpark and was great to have the parking permit. Would definitely stay here again.
