The room and pool were amazing, the decoration was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is charming, tranquil, unbeatably located if visiting the university, and has all the amenities one might need with a bar and restaurant on site. The cleaning staff did a great job and in the room you get complimentary water, tea/coffee, cookies, and a very cute fluffy dog for purchase (sadly I had no room left to take him).
Situated 15-minute drive from Lancaster, the hotel is in a semi rural location & next to Lancaster University business academy. Our room was nicely positioned, quiet & looking out over the garden area. The large swimming pool, sauna & steam rooms are lovely to relax. There is also a nice outside heated hot tub. Our food was well presented & of a good standard. We preferred to eat in the bar area rather than the formal restaurant. We will return to Lancaster House Hotel.
So amazing with charm, beauty and comfort after the long trip from Colorado. Spa with hot tub and sauna were a special treat at night and in the morning and food was delicious!!!
The staff were well informed and happy to assist, welcoming environment, the building and rooms are beautifully decorated, breakfast had good range, comfortable, clean, peaceful. Overall excellent services/products.
