With communication it was the fine in the end but we didn’t realise we had to go to Headrow reception to collect them so it was a bit of a faff at first upon arrival!
Lovely comfortable apartment. Clean and spacious. The lady at reception was very kind and very helpful. Exactly as advertised and great location in the city centre. Easy booking in online.

Polite front desk team especially the African lady ( don’t know name sorry) she was very helpful seem to know her job well and enjoy it as well. I stayed in the one bedroom and studios as well and all good experiences
The place is gorgeous! And comfortable too! Great shower! Very comfortable bed! Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. By far the best place I’ve stayed while traveling! Home or abroad!
