Our room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very good. Location was perfect, near the Underground, walking distance to Hyde Park and many surrounding restaurants.
The hotel was very nice, well appointed. The staff were very friendly. There is another Mercure hotel near by and we mistakenly went to that one first. Amazingly one of the staff took our bags and walked us to the other hotel. This was above and beyond, great service!
The breakfast was fine, the bed good, the staff friendly.
Comfortable room in a nice little neighborhood. Clean and close to the Paddington tube station.
Walking distance from Paddington (we came on the Heathrow Express) in a quiet square. Nice looking traditional building. Friendly and welcoming staff. Will go to this hotel again next time I'm in London.
