Great location in Richmond. One block from the River Thames with a lovely path on both sides of the river.
The location is absolutely perfect. The rooms were very clean. We were very happy.
We were a bit hesitant about staying here, but the price and location won out over some pretty negative reviews. All said, we're so pleased we didn't pay more elsewhere. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. Even with a street facing room (106), it wasn't terribly loud, either. Perhaps being a Tuesday night helped. Would stay again.
