I showed up hours before my expected check-in time and the staff was eager to get me in as soon as possible. So much so that I was offered the biggest room at the hotel since it was the only one available when I arrived. Super generous
Very spacious room with comfortable bed and nice extra touches such as bottled water, teas, coffees etc. very clean Great choice staff were so helpful too.
Safe, very clean room, very nice staff, very helpful for late check-in. Stable good room service and price. There is a quality Italian restaurant nearby, plus many choices of food. Waitrose is within 10 minutes walk.
