We arrived at the hotel early and even though we could not check in, due to the room not been ready, the staff where welcoming, completed all the paper work and then we went off to enjoy Bournemouth whilst the room was finished, from the second we arrived, we felt at home.
Had a secure carpark although you had to pay

A great location in the heart of the city centre, with a car park which we pre-booked. Ideal for anyone staying to see the Christmas market. Large, comfortable, well serviced rooms and friendly staff. The hotel had been beautifully decorated for Christmas. There is a comfortable lounge area with a hotel bar offering very reasonably priced drinks - perfect to relax in pre- or
post-dinner. Miguel was such great fun and completely made our hotel drinks evening! Bournemouth offers plenty of restaurants a few minutes' walking distance to choose from - we ate at three great eateries: Zizzi, Lola's Restaurant (Spanish Tapas) and Kala Thai.
We liked the style of the hotel. The rooms had all facilities. Great to have a pool. Right in the Centre of Bournemouth
