Able to check after Midnight, Helpful & Friendly Staff

Room only booked. Although I had to track down a staff member to assist with additional coffee and tea items, the person was entirely helpful, pleasant and pleased to help. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Check in/out process was straightforward.

Super friendly, hospitable staff., who could not be more helpful with our requests during our stay.

The space of room and good and understanding staff

I like the location as it was easier to get to from M6. Plenty of parking on site. The hotel is excellent and clean. The bar staff were also very friendly.
