Firstly, we were offered an upgrade to a suite which was kindly accepted. Thank you. The staff in all areas, reception, bar and the breakfast hall were all very friendly. Plenty of car parking available. Great scenery with beautiful gardens Very quiet. The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. Special mention to Raj in the bar for attempting a 'Sidecar' cocktail. The building and area has plenty of Royal History.

Lovely, spacious room with comfortable bed, lots of electrical outlets, good lighting and a large bathroom with plenty of toiletries and a good shower and bath. Beautiful grounds and a very comfy one-night stay.
