Excellent location with beautiful view from shared garden and off-site parking

Location was excellent, short walk to the sea and everything needed in the property. Once we parked up the car there was no need to drive anywhere as there are lots of lovely places to eat nearby and shops, including a small Tesco. The terrace was excellent - we were very lucky with the weather and it was lovely to sit out having breakfast and a drink in the afternoon/evening. Great to have 2 bedrooms with double beds.

We had a lovely stay - comfortable and clean accommodation. It was great to have breakfast on the decking overlooking the sea.

Self catering in a fabulous location. The owners responded very quickly to all my queries.

Really lovely place to stay. Right in the centre of Lyme Regis. Very lovely view you could never tire of. Close to the Mary Anning monument and the beach . The parking space, although a few minutes walk away was a really good plus. Lyme Regis is very busy and the parking is quite expensive so we could just leave the car and not worry about it as it was in a very quiet spot. You can hear the music too from the Marine Theatre and this was great.
