The location was good close to bus and hop on hop off bus stops.
My only negative would be that we are in our 70s and the tub in the shower was very hard and difficult to step over. Also, the windows did not open fully and it was quite warm.
The outside of the hotel has a large facade due to renovations. However, the in side is nice, probably some carpet to be replaced but very nice.
Staff was incredibly helpful and even came outside to show us where we were due to the hotel being coved by green construction facade.
The manager of the property was exceptional. He went above and beyond several times to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
Good location in a nice safe area close to an underground station. Helpful staff and rooms very comfortable and had everything you needed
The location was excellent in an upscale neighborhood. Very safe and clean. Breakfast was 16 pounds which in Canadian dollars is like $30 for a Buffet so not cheap but it was very good. rooms were on the small side, but so is everything in London
