The staff is amazing! They really pay great attention to fine details. My son lost a small ticket with a QR code from the Harry Potter studio somewhere in the Hotel. The front desk took my enquiry seriously and even asked the security manager to help. Turned out they already picked it up at some corners in the lobby and kept it safe. We are so thankful for their care. While the stay was a bit pricey, the overall experience was excellent. The room is spacious and clean, food was great and location was unbeatable.

Rooms are specious compared to similar price hotels. It is also clean and has enough sitting space other than the bed. Good lobby with bar and coffee shop.

The rooms weren’t clean as expected. There was a lot of dust on the tables and under the bed. And the shower stalls had mold.

Wonderful staff - especially Raza in security who assisted us during a medical event

I really liked the location it was central to where I needed to be.
