Basic, clean, comfortable rooms that are quiet. Good location with easy transport links

I was a little perplexed with the amount of complaints aimed at me and the room we were in. I got a parking sticker on my car (I was staying 2 nights) The people beside me were creating a lot of noise and was blamed on me. And complains about door banging. The door did bang but only when the window was opened. It is very difficult to close the door quietly when needing to go to the bathroom. I was next to the communal toilets (which were noisy) but I didn't complain about that. Last year I had no problems as I had an ensuite bathroom. We were offered breakfast for free on our last day, but we felt so uncomfortable and attacked we left at 7:30am. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident, however having a room with no ensuite would accumulate more use of the doors. Maybe the doors need to be looked at to reduce noise?

Affordability. Short walk from the tube station. Safe area. Girls Scouts!

Staff are helpful and friendly, facilities are basic but enough for a night's stay. Room was clean and warm, has kettle and coffee facility inside. Will not hesitate to stay again.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The facilities were spotless and the location was perfect for my needs.
