Very clean, helpful staff, loved the milk and water in the refrigerator. Fantastic hotel.
The staff is fantastic. We booked expecting a simple stay and instead experience some of the most caring and well trained in our tour of London, Peak, Cotswold, and Cornwall. They were personable and knowledgeable. The food in the restaurant was very well prepared and they managed special requests without attitude or hesitation. We would recommend and stay again. The room was comfortable, clean and well presented. The reception was on point. It seemed to be popular with locals and we understand why.
Lovely view from room, very good wait staff, excellent breakfasts. Front desk staff went out of their way to heat up food we’d brought in.
Loved everything about it. Cosy stunning venue. Rooms spacious. Finishing touches like “real” milk in the mini bar to make a cup of tea, instead of the usual sachets. Food in the restaurant was 10/10. Staff couldn’t do enough to help.
The facility was first rate, the room spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The restaurant and bar were beautiful and went well beyond our expectations! The complementary breakfast was great, and the staff excellent. And the location was wonderful! Lots to see and do, a beautiful setting in a spectacular part of England, but now from the services you expect in mid-sized cities. I would recommend to anyone .
