I was expecting to get one of the best room suite in the hotel but this time was different than all previous booking
1 the suite had only one bathroom
2 no balcony
3 sleeping room is on the rail rood side which make it not quite
4 No hand tissue in the room
5. Drainage of water in the shower and the hand wash was not fluent, we asked for repair but it was the same after repairing.
I expected to have better accommodation when I booked a suite but it turn out no difference from other rooms expect bigger area.
The size of one bedroom apartment is amazing and fit me and my 2 kids comfortably, very family oriented hotel and very safe for solo travelers (ladies) and also the staffs at the reception remembered my request for a taxi that is suitable to my luggage size at 6 am. Thanks
