Excellent customer care by the staff, and the location is close to major shops, with easy access to buses and trains

Centrally located to Olympia UK for travel exhibitions.

Its value for money hotel. And the staff, when i check in late, gave me an hour extension.

The location was very very good with accessibility to bus stops, major shopping mall, train station and lots of corner shops to buy groceries. The staff we met were very nice and helpful to us and ready to provide answers to our questions. The hotel was also very clean and they provided all necessary supplies like towels, tissues and soap

The location and staff are great. Room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfy.
