Location was further out of town than usual for us, but there's free parking and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Staff were courteous and very helpful. There's a 24 hour reception. Rooms were recently refurbished to a high standard with a comfy bed and tea/coffee, kettle and bottled water provided. Breakfast was generous and staff excellent.
This hotel is brilliantly situated for a short bus ride into Brighton
Location was perfect for my needs.
On the main road into the town centre. The staff were very helpful and served me a drink at the bar. Especially Allesandra the receptionist.
This is a brilliant hotel. Staff really friendly. They can't do enough for you. Rooms are clean & serviced everyday. Stayed here 4 times this year. Looking forward to our next stay in 2025. Can't fault this hotel. There's a bus stop right outside, with regular service into Brighton
Having read some awful reviews of the hotel, I was concerned that we'd booked the wrong place. However, we were welcomed by the recptionist, our room was quiet (as requested), well decorated, furnished and generally 'appointed'. The bed aws very comfirtable and the bedding was spotelss and fresh. We had good night's sleep, which is what we'd booked for.
