This place is perfect! The location is amazing, everything was very clean, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the bed and room was warm and comfortable. There are bathrooms and showers on each floor so there was never a wait. It was also very quiet and safe. I arrived after 9pm, but the friendly nightman showed me to my room. I always dread hostels because it's so many people and noisy, but this was perfect with just one roommate (who was a lovely young lady). Everyone is so respectful of each other, so I can understand why they live there a long time and become friends. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely return for a longer time!

The strategic location close to Paddington train station which directly bring me to Heathrow Airport, also close to underground station which make me easily go to any places in London. The spacious and clean kitchen. Affordable room rate for solo traveler in downtown London.

It was my first trip alone and I was looking for a safe, nice and near place. I really found it in the hostel. First of all it’s near to Paddington station in about 7 minutes walking you are there. The receptionist was very friendly explaining the hostel facilities and some practical tips to mobilise. I shared the room with two more girls who lived there and i didn't have any problems. On the other hand, they allow you to leave your luggage before and after check in. In general, I highly recommend the hostel.

This was great. I was in a room with 2 beds, and I liked that there were many bathrooms in different areas on each floor as well as multiple kitchens. It never felt crowded because the rooms and facilities were evenly spaced apart.

Great location, comfortable room - hostel arrangement but without bunk beds. Many guests stay for longer periods of time but for me it was even a highlight. You kind of feel like a local and not like a tourist. Staff was friendly and helpful.
