Lovely building, with lots of hints of the history while also being modern. Good car park on the grounds, plenty of space. Breakfast was good, with toast and hot drinks delivered to your table. Pick your own continental and hot breakfast. A gorgeous view over the sea from the breakfast room. Room was spacious and clean.
A period building in an amazing location with stunning views. The Hotel like many large rural ones is a little tired in places but scrupulously clean and great to see further improvements taking place, hats off to the people that invest in our heritage landmarks. The Staff are extremely helpful and considerate, a big plus!
The hotel, food, views, it's a hidden gem. Staff lovely.
We stayed in a lodge. Third time we'd had one and we enjoyed it. Booked last minute with booking.com. Dont book direct- you don't get the good deals.
