The customer service was phenomenal! We stayed once before and it was so nice and family friendly we returned for a long holiday. My 2 1/2 year old son is not invisible, the staff welcome him, he has an incredible breakfast, loves playing with his hot wheels in the room while looking at the cars drive by. The staff throughout the hotel are just so friendly! Especially dog friendly because our fur son was also with us and he is greeted by animal loving staff. All the room service for my child was free, for example ordering warm milk evenings and mornings. There was a night we needed some diapers and luckily the hotel had some, it was not something they regularly have they said but that night they had some, lucky us because it saved us a trip from having to walk to the store when we were pretty beat from exploring around. Hyde park is across the street with plenty to do, playground to the left, fountains to the right, Diana’s memorial water fountain, cafes and ice cream everywhere.

This hotel is a very satisfied choice. Very friendly and Well trained staff, clean, new, modern and comfortable room and facilities. Right in front of Hyde Park, bus stop and metro station is right on the corner, and close to paddington station. My room has a good city view. The breakfast has a lot of choice also!

Good location for a 30 min walk through Hyde park to Knightsbridge. There is a tube station nearby but the central line wasn’t working so we biked to Leicester square. Comfy beds and good air con. We chose to plant a tree instead of a daily clean.
