The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had an updated shower. The location is amazing- close to Queensway station and Bayswater station. Only took me 20-30 minutes by tube to get most places in central London.

Very clean!! The staff was there 24 hours a day and so friendly. Location is great and on a quiet street close to restaurants, cafes, shops! Close to lots of transportation to get all around London. Small rooms so it might be tight if you aren't solo, but for just me, it was totally fine.
