The location of the chalet I stayed in was perfect, close to the park, entertainment, swimming pool & shop onsite. It’s opposite the beach so lovely little walk. Entertainment on evenings from kids club up to night entertainment is really good
The property was spacious, clean lots of storage and had everything you needed
Staff were great, our daughter is disabled, requiring oxygen therapy and a feeding pump. Her oxygen supplies were arranged to be there ready in our chalet for when we arrived. Her feeding equipment was delivered to which staff carried it down for us.
Any enquiries were sorted, and no matter what help was needed, all staff members were more than happy to help! Not many places these days have a friendly smile and make you feel like a home from home!
Check in was quick and easy.
Accommodation is lovely and has everything that we needed.
It was an easy place to find helpful staff and a good size chalet with all you want for a break the stairs for where on hand if I needed them
